The plant is built around a single deep-cut cryogenic train using turbo-expander refrigeration — the reference technology for high-recovery NGL extraction from associated gas.

Amine sweetening followed by TEG and molecular-sieve drying takes water content below 0.1 ppmv to protect the cold box.
Isentropic expansion drops the stream to −95 °C, condensing C3+ components for deep liquid recovery.
De-ethaniser and de-butaniser columns split the liquids into on-spec LPG and condensate held in pressurised storage.

LPG is trucked from an on-site loading gantry to depots across Edo, Delta and Ondo States. Residue gas is metered into the regional pipeline network under long-term off-take.
